Orchids

In the Mata Atlántica you find a huge number of orchids. The most striking ones are Maxillaria, Oncidium, Epidendrum and Encyclia. 

Mini orchids like Pleurothallis, Bulbophyllum, Barbosella, Lankestrella and Promenea grow here too. Besides there are Zygopetalum maxillare, Stanhopea sp., Catasetum, Cattleya loddigesii and different terrestrial orchids.

This enumeration is not complete and only serves to give you a short impression of the diversity.
